Special order 14Kt gold and sterling silver items will be shipped within
five working days.
All orders are shipped F.O.B. Santa Ana, California. Our standard
method of shipping is United Parcel Service (UPS).
P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses. UPS will not deliver to
PO BOXES or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical
street address. Failure to do so will delay your order.

manufacturer's defects.
